Circular holding electromagnets are used in numerous applications.
All our products comply with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and are manufactured under DIN VDE 0580, UNE-EN 6004-1 and NFC79300 standards.
The standard supply voltage is 24VDC, other values on request.
They are supplied with free terminals, on request it is possible to customize the length of the connection cables and add any type of terminal.

Types of circular holding electromagnets
Positive circular holding electromagnet (LEM-P)
The positive circular holding electromagnet (LEM-P) creates a magnetic field on the attraction face, feeding the coil under tension, allowing a ferrous element to be clamped. When the tension ceases, the part is released. Its field of application is in the control of the mobility of parts as well as access control, fire door installations, electromedicine, industrial robotics and security in general.

- Remaining strength: Between approximately 2% and 5% of the Maintenance force (Fm). It is the force that persists after the power supply is cut off.
- Connection: Free terminals, on request it is possible to vary the length of the connection cables, as well as to add any type of terminal.

Negative or permanent circular holding electromagnet (LEM-N)
The negative or permanent circular holding electromagnet (LEM-N) are those that, without power supply and thanks to a permanent magnet, already hold on the attraction side, while when the coil is powered an equal magnetic field is created in the opposite direction to the permanent one, neutralizing any magnetic attraction. They are particularly suitable for holding ferromagnetic material for long periods of time or in safety situations where an accidental power failure could cause damage.
